It is all about repairing your neck and upper back.
We tend to not treat our necks and upper back very well these days. It used to be bad enough sitting on computers and watching television. Nowadays there is also way too much time looking at our phones and tablets.
This kind of use places undue pressure on the soft tissues of the neck.
All too often in my clinic I see clients with poor head positions and slumped posture. Because of this they develop poor range of motion which can cause pain, headaches and even dizziness.
This latest video release contains 17 mobility activities that will help you regain the motion in your upper body.
You will also learn to stretch your neck and back and to strengthen your body to maintain a good posture.
On top of all this, there is a series of videos to help you to assess yourself. You can identify what areas of your body need the most attention and reassess to see how well your mobility and strength are improving.
